When will I receive my order?

For pre-orders, physical products (books) will be shipped starting October 1, 2025.

Goodies, on print-on-demand, are produced upon receipt of your order and shipped once finalized.

Digital products are available immediately after purchase starting October 1.

Exception for pre-orders: even digital products purchased before October 1 will only be available for download from October 1.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days to return an unused physical product, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.

Digital products are not refundable after download.
