These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the website sorciereblancheeditions.com (hereinafter “the Site”) as well as transactions made via the Site, operated by White Witch Publishing, a bilingual French/English associative publishing house dedicated to fantasy, esotericism, and well-being. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you accept these Terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

The Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of using the Site and purchasing physical products (books, planners, calendars, goodies) and digital products (PDFs, eBooks). They apply to any order placed via the Site or our partners (e.g., Amazon, Gumroad...).

2. Products and Services

White Witch Publishing offers:

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are indicated on the Site. Prices are in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping costs.

3. Orders

Orders are placed via our shop or partner platforms (Amazon, Gumroad...). To place an order:

A confirmation email is sent after validation. White Witch Publishing reserves the right to refuse an order in case of non-compliance with the Terms or stock issues.

4. Payment

Payments are secure via PayPal or other third-party processors (e.g., Gumroad). Accepted payment methods include:

Payment is due at order time. Invoices are sent by email and available in your customer account.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping and Returns Policy. Physical products are shipped within 3 to 7 business days after printing (longer if dedication requested), depending on the destination. Digital products are delivered instantly via a download link.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of a physical product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without reason. Digital products are not refundable after download, in accordance with Article L221-28.

6.1. Withdrawal Terms

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@sorciereblancheeditions.com with your order number. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, within 14 days of notification.

6.2. Refund

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless our error or defective product.

7. Warranties

Physical products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In case of a defective product, contact us for replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright. No reproduction, even partial, is authorized without prior agreement from White Witch Publishing.

9. Personal Data

Collected data (e.g., name, email, address) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. They are used to process your orders, send newsletters (if consent), and improve your experience.

10. Liability

White Witch Publishing cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or service interruptions due to force majeure. Product descriptions are indicative and may vary slightly.

11. Disputes

In case of dispute, contact us at contact@sorciereblancheeditions.com. The Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
